Gary Vacca brings motivation to the workplace
MURRAY, Ky. - (April 15, 2011) - Keeping employees motivated and inspired can be challenging. Motivation is complex and different for each person. When C.A. Jones Management Group wanted to add inspiration to their work force they enlisted the talent of Gary Vacca.
"By providing consistent motivation and leadership training, employees learn to improve their own attitudes and encourage their co-workers,"? said Vacca. "I try to bring something to these employees that they can use not only in their professional lives, but something they can also take home with them and use in their personal lives."
"Gary uses real life experience to convey encouragement. "He has worked with a variety of companies that were located in larger cities, including Dallas, Nashville and Los Angeles. We are very fortunate to have Gary working with employees here in Western Kentucky. Our main objective is to provide s positive and motivational work environment for our employees."
Vacca performs similar programs for area churches and professional organizations. He has worked with many different entities to encourage people through positive motivation and provide an outsider's perspective on the organizations. Vacca has written several inspirational book including The Foundation for Spiritual Living.
