Courtney joined the C.A. Jones Management team in June 2008. Her background includes
experience in staffing, training, labor relations, safety, and employee relations. Prior to joining
C.A. Jones, she served as human resource manager for Lowe's Corporation and as human resource administrator for Autocar.

A 2006 graduate of Purdue University, Courtney received a Bachelor of Science Organizational Leadership & Supervision degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management & Development. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
