Courtney Hixon, Vice President of Human Resources, joined the C. A. Jones Management team in June 2008. Her background includes experience in staffing, training, labor relations, safety, and employee relations.

As the youngest member of the management team, Courtney brings an unwavering firmness for policy and procedure coupled with a true compassion for people. Prior to her appointment with C. A. Jones, she served as human resource manager for Lowe’s Corporation and as human resource administrator for Autocar.

A 2006 graduate of Purdue University, Courtney received a Bachelor of Science Organizational Leadership & Supervision with an emphasis in Human Resource Management & Development. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Courtney is married to Derek Hixon and they live in Hazel Ky. She is also an accomplished equestrian and a barrel racer.
