We currently have the following positions open:

Controller
 
This position is responsible for assisting the CFO with the financial affairs of the organization and with preparation of financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
 
 -Performs monthly balance sheet account analysis.
-Proforma budget vs. actual analysis for the Corporate Division on a monthly basis.
-Prepares various cash, AP discount and capitalization reports on a monthly basis.
-Reviews and approves accounts payable, i.e., verifies that the payables comply with company policy.
-Reviews and approves applications for new credit arrangements.
-Files necessary returns
-Books necessary journal entries on a monthly basis.
-Reviews journal entries
-Monitors delinquent A/R.
-Assists with the preparation of the Company Financial Analysis.
-Performs internal audits of the various company operations.
-Performs an internal audit and reports results to the CFO.
-Trains accounting staff.
-Prepares vendor analysis reports and communicates findings with CFO.
-Coordinates with President to improve vendor payable terms.
-Communicates with company’s bank representatives regarding the initiation and monitoring of sweep accounts and the renewal of line of credit accounts.
-Prepares annual budget for equipment expenditures and tracks budget variances
-Reviews equipment capital requests and, once approved by the owners, prepares the check.
-Other tasks and/or duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
                                                   
Directly supervises two (2) or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
                                                   
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; five or more  years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Masters Degree Preferred.  CPA Preferred.

Computer Skills
                                                   
A thorough working knowledge of:
-MS Office
-Accounting Software

Warehouse Associate
 
This position is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to their destination in a manner that meets company standards.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
 
-Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise or materials.
-Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
-May operate materials handling equipment.
-Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
-Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
-Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Education and/or Experience
                                                   
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Customer Service Representative
 
This position is responsible for servicing customers by processing customer orders, providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
 
-Process customer orders and provide extraordinary service to customers.
-Pursue and develop new customer accounts and follow up on leads for new business.
-Manage customer calls, voice mails and e-mails with a keen sense of urgency.
-Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction by responding to customer concerns/requests.
-Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers.
-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
-Act as liaison between the customer and the rest of the company.
-Ability to build strong relationships and partner successfully with our sales team.

Education and/or Experience
                                                   
Bachelor's degree (B. A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Software Developer
 
This position is responsible for Software testing, database design, project management, documentation and user training.  This position will analyze, develop, deliver and support high quality business software.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
 
- Develops Windows applications (Windows Forms and WPF)
- Develops ASP.net applications, Mobile (Compact Framework and web-based) applications,
- Develops remote application communication (Web services, .NET Remoting, WCF) using C# and/or VB.net.
