Seeing a need in the community, as well as an opening in a market located in the college town of Murray, Ky., C.A. Jones Management Group opened University Book and Bean in 2008. An independent, full-service bookstore, coffee shop, and Wi-Fi hotspot located near the Murray State University campus, University Book and Bean has been yet another bestseller in the C.A. Jones Management Group collection.

Foresight and a passion for "the finer things" led C.A. Jones Management Group to take the lead in opening the only butcher shop/gourmet foods market in the local area. The Butcher Block is a specialty meat market offering prime and choice beef, fresh pork and poultry. All meat is hand cut-to-order per customer specifications.
